South Sound’s Only Studio offering GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Exercise
GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS methods are fashioned from yoga, tai chi, swimming, gymnastics and dance. They encourages the body to move circularly, using the fullest range of motion available. It simultaneously stretches and strengthens muscles, while increasing flexibility and joint mobility. It aims to increase the functional capacity of the body in a harmonious way. GYROTONIC and GYROKINESIS exercises can benefit everyone.
