Lunchtime GYROKINESIS® Class. You know that you want to be active during your lunch hour. You know that moving your body is essential to good health and well-being. You want to supplement your lunchtime walks. You are looking for a new form of exercise. This weekly GYROKINESIS class is just the thing.
We will be progressing through a beginners series in this six-week class. Most of the work will be done seated on stools, then we will advance slowly and gently to the floor. The work will engage the whole body. This is a great way to get the blood flowing and help your afternoon fly by.
GYROKINESIS® is a dynamic yoga/dance-based full body workout designed to exercise the entire spine while restoring strength and fluidity to muscles and joints. It’s fully rotational exercises build core and lean muscle strength while nourishing the body with focused breathing. It works for every body.

Have you wanted to dance, but have never considered yourself a “dancer”?
If this describes you, then you will want to take this workshop. It is designed expressly for people who don’t consider themselves movers or dancers but would like to explore the possibilities of movement expression and create moments of connection with others. This class, with its limit on participants, will allow you to experience guided movement exploration in a comfortable and safe setting.
